01 [ACTION]
[There is a giant, living boulder...thing on campus. It's snake-like in appearance and is just kind of milling about, sticking its giant rock nose into bushes, peering into second-story windows, leaving the campus lawn all torn up in its wake. Hey man, you can't be a massive stone-serpent and not leave a some kind of trail. It's around various places all day, and very clearly seems to be giving the place a once-over.
One might easily ignore the young man that accompanies this gargantuan creature (or is it the other way around?) if not for the fact that he is wearing an obnoxious shade of bright orange. Still, it might take you a few moments to notice him, given the sheer size of his rock-like companion. He carries a backpack, and a map which he refers to every so often.
What is most interesting about this duo, perhaps, is the fact that they seem to be actively conversing, albeit in different languages. Occasionally this mysterious arrival hitches a ride on his stony friend along their self-guided tour. It's obvious that they're evaluating the school with a sort of non-verbal running commentary, perhaps looking for a familiar face or two.

Ah, I see! [He looks up at the huuuge freakin' rock snake.] Actually, I'm rather intrigued by it. I have never seen a creature like this before.

One of the longest Pokemon there is.
[He extends a hand.]
I'm Brock, by the way.
no subject
Well then, there are Pokemon species I am still not aware of. Then again, they are not my specialty...
[He smiles and shakes Brock's hand.]
My name is Olimar. It's nice to meet you, Brock. Tell me, do you come from one of the Pokemon inhabited regions?
no subject
I'm from Kanto. This is Onix.

[Olimar, having some kind of connection with plants and animals, decides to act friendlier toward the Pokemon. He waves to it.]
Hello, Onix! [Turns back to Brock.] It's body is very similar to that of boulders. I wonder how an Onix got its sturdy appearance. There are many mysteries on Earth that simply baffle me. I have never been graced with the pretense of such fascinating creatures until I came to this planet.
[He pauses awkwardly.]
Oh, I must be rambling again. I apologize.
no subject
[Onix responds with a low grumble.]
No worries. Heh. You sound like a science teacher.
no subject
That's correct. I'm the academy's biology professor. The flora and fauna of this planet intrigues me. You see, I actually come from another planet. Oh... Perhaps that sounds a tad absurd, especially while I'm in this human form.
Smash Academy is populated with a vastly diverse crowd.

But did you say...human form?

[He grins, leveling around where his height would be as a Hocotatian.] In reality, I'm approximately only this tall.
no subject
Really.

If you do not believe me, you could always ask others.
